Overview

The Office of the Small Business Commissioner was created by the Enterprise Act 2016 to tackle late payment and unfavourable payment practices. Late payment can cost time and money and may prevent investment and growth.

Santander Business Banking are working with government bodies such as the Office of the Small Business Commissioner to provide insights and information on issues that can affect small and medium sized enterprises.

Designed to help small businesses with less than 50 employees, this informative masterclass will provide guidance on how to tackle the issues and raise awareness. You'll hear from Hallmark Sheet Metal Ltd, a successful local business who has experience of managing a larger debtor within the supply chain.

We are also sharing insights on protecting your business against invoice scams.
