Overview

We understand that recruiting the right people, retaining talent and creating a positive company culture is a source of concern for most SMEs. Join our Breakthrough Masterclass with Aico and Santander Culture and Diversity in HR best practices.

Running a business in today’s challenging environment means that the people you have within your business are vital. Successful recruitment, reward and retention are important considerations, alongside challenges such as commuting, flexible working, gender pay gaps, wellbeing in the workplace etc. You may find yourself constantly juggling these work pressures, as well as supporting the staff that you lead.

This event aims to give you valuable insight in to the workings of Aico, a corporate business who have got this right whilst managing to keep that family ran ethos. You will also gain a view in to Santander’s stance on Culture and Inclusion.
We will aim to cover three key areas

• How to instil a new culture to future proof your business
• How training and development form a cornerstone of growth strategy
• Lessons on change

Why attend?
The event would suit business owners keen to find out more about how to successfully recruit, reward, retain and develop talent. The morning has been designed for you to get the most from these two businesses knowledge and expertise so please consider questions that will enable you to get the most out of your investment of time.

We want to support as many local businesses as possible, so therefore can only accommodate one attendee per company.

This will be an interactive event hosted by Aico and Santander.
